"Dining to Donate" - Monday, October 12 at Applebees'

The Humane Society of Ocean City and Applebees are teaming up for "Dining to Donate." On Monday, October 12 you can dine at Applebees' Somers Point location, 51 Bethel Road, and ten percent of your total bill (minus purchases on alcoholic beverages) will be donated to the Humane Society of Ocean City. Customers may either dine in or use the "Carside To Go," option for the special fundraiser.

"We are so grateful to Applebee's for holding this fundraiser. In these difficult times we are constantly looking for ways to make it easier for people to give. With the 'Dining to Donate' program you can take your family out for a nice meal, or spend the evening out with friends and help to raise money for the animals at the Humane Society," said Bill Hollingsworth, Executive Director of the shelter.

In order to participate in the "Dining to Donate" program all you need to do is print out the flyer under the "News and Events" section on the Humane Society of Ocean City's website, www.HSOCNJ.org. Flyers are also available at the shelter, which is located at 1 Shelter Rd, Ocean City.
